1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Yeaax Manager, a personal social media management and publishing project available at yeaax.xyz.

By using project functionality made available to you, you agree to these terms. Information about data processing is available in our Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized Use

Only authorized users may connect or manage social media accounts through Yeaax Manager. Any development or testing access must be used within the permissions granted by the project and the connected platform.

3. Account Ownership

You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission for each action requested through a connected account and for stopping use when that permission ends.

4. Platform Rules

You agree to comply with the rules applicable to every connected platform, including:

• TikTok Terms of Service
• TikTok Community Guidelines
• Instagram Terms
• Instagram Community Guidelines
• The terms, policies and API usage rules of any other connected platform

Authorization through Yeaax Manager does not waive or replace any platform requirements.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the videos, captions, hashtags and other content you submit or publish. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions and ensure that your content complies with applicable law and the connected platform's rules.

6. API Availability

Functionality depends on external platform APIs, permissions, approval processes and usage limits. Features may change, become restricted or stop working when platforms modify their APIs, policies or requirements. No particular integration or permission is guaranteed.

7. Service Availability

The project is under development and may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Interruptions, errors or delays may occur, including during maintenance or testing. Continuous or 100% availability is not guaranteed.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use Yeaax Manager for:

• Unauthorized access to systems, information or accounts
• Abuse of platform APIs
• Attempts to bypass platform limits or access controls
• Publishing illegal content
• Using or managing accounts without authorization
• Activities that violate the terms or policies of a connected platform

Access may be restricted or withdrawn if these rules are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yeaax Manager is provided “as available” and depends on third-party services outside the project's control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions, third-party platform changes or the user's unauthorized use of the project.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may change as the project develops or platform requirements evolve. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated to affected authorized users before they take effect.
