Yeaax Manager · Project information
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Yeaax Manager is a personal project under development. This public website does not connect social accounts or implement OAuth. The practices below describe data processing when authorized integrations are enabled for development or testing.
1. Introduction
Yeaax Manager respects user privacy and processes only information necessary to provide authorized social media management functionality.
This policy explains how information may be handled in connection with the project and its supported integrations. This static website does not use analytics scripts, tracking cookies or contact forms. The hosting provider may process standard request logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and secure the website.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on the connected platform, permissions granted and features being tested, Yeaax Manager may process:
- Basic account identifiers
- Public profile information provided by the platform
- OAuth access tokens
- OAuth refresh tokens
- Publication identifiers
- Publication status
- Content metadata, such as captions and hashtags
- Analytics information made available by authorized APIs
When publishing is enabled, video content selected by an authorized user may also be processed to carry out that user's upload or publishing request. We do not request or collect social media account passwords.
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond to your question or process your request.
3. How Information Is Used
Information obtained through connected social media integrations is used exclusively to:
- Authenticate connected accounts
- Perform actions explicitly authorized by the account owner
- Upload or publish authorized content
- Retrieve publication status
- Retrieve available analytics
- Maintain authorized account connections
Processing is limited to the permissions granted and the functionality authorized by the account owner.
4. OAuth Authentication
Account authentication takes place through each platform's official authorization flow. Users review and grant permissions directly with the connected platform. Yeaax Manager does not receive the user's TikTok, Instagram or other social media password.
OAuth tokens allow only the access provided by the platform and the permissions authorized by the user.
5. Data Sharing
Yeaax Manager does not sell personal information.
Social account information and content are sent only to the connected platforms when necessary to perform operations requested by the authorized user. They are not shared with advertisers or data brokers. Website hosting and email providers may process technical request information or support correspondence as needed to operate those services.
6. Data Storage
OAuth tokens and technical information necessary for an integration may be stored while that integration is active. When such storage is introduced, it must use appropriate safeguards, including restricted access, HTTPS for transmission and backend-only storage of credentials and tokens. These values must not be embedded in public website files.
7. Data Retention
Integration information is retained only for as long as necessary for authorized functionality or project testing. Information that is no longer needed is deleted. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to address the request. Technical website logs are subject to the hosting provider's retention settings.
8. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of data associated with Yeaax Manager by contacting support@yeaax.xyz.
Please identify the connected platform and account so the relevant data can be located. We may request limited information to verify that you own or are authorized to manage the account. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens by email.
Users can also revoke access through the permissions or connected-app settings of the relevant platform. Revoking access prevents further authorized access through that connection; to request deletion of information already stored by the project, contact us. Deleting project data does not itself remove content already published on a third-party platform.
9. Third-Party Platforms
TikTok, Instagram and other connected platforms have their own privacy policies and terms. Their handling of information and published content is governed by those policies. Users should review the applicable platform policies before authorizing a connection.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the project, its data practices or platform APIs evolve. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes to data processing will be communicated to affected authorized users before those changes take effect.
11. Contact
